Please be aware that EVERY delivery needs to be checked when received.
If you decide to not check the order and then report any fault after 48 hours, then legally we cannot accept any return.
Should you find that any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 14 days after receiving, unwashed, free of any decoration (Embroidery, Sublimation, Vinyl or any product attached to the blank product) and in the original bar-coded polybag.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
Damaged goods due to client negligence or items with any form of decoration or personalisation will not be accepted for refund or return.
Any claim for faults must be backed up with a full-length picture of the item showing the front panel and the fault.
ANY goods returned with no fault or reason other than credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee by our warehouse.
Goods will only be accepted for return with authority conferred by the Company in writing and all transportation charges shall be borne by the Buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company does not operate a “sale or return” system and the goods (other than defective goods) will only be accepted by the Company as a credit.
The Company shall be entitled to send back to the Buyer any unauthorised returns and the Buyer shall in such event forthwith pay to the Company all transportation and other costs incurred by the Company (including a minimum 20% re-stocking charge).
Any returns not authorised in terms of above are made entirely at Buyer’s risk, the Company shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss of or damage to such returns however caused whilst in the possession of the Company or any carrier (whether in transit to or from the Company or in-store or otherwise).
Full or partial refunds on returned or defective goods.
Any goods returned with authority from the company will be refunded (less restocking fee where applicable) within 24 hours of the goods reaching our warehouse facility. This refund will be in the same manner as which the goods were paid for via WorldPay or PayPal and will be returned to the corresponding account from which it was originally taken.
